Passionate Personal Development Coach
As a Personal & Career Development Coach I provide a supportive space for my clients where they are safe to explore their thoughts and gain clarity around their true self. My clients are empowered to work out the right next step for them and have the courage and confidence to take action towards a more fulfilling life that is aligned with what they truly value.
Who I Coach
I work with people who are feeling the pull that they want to do something else and that there is more out there for them but they are lacking the confidence to just go for it.
They may have been on their current career path for years, or been away from world of work for a while, and they are fearful of trying something new and taking risks.
They may not even know what it is that they want to do - they just know what they do currently isn't it.
Through an exploration of values, beliefs, identity and challenges, together we develop a vision of the future and plan to achieve it.

How I Coach
I coach online via Zoom or by phone. Each session is 60 minutes long. Session notes and exercise sheets are kept in my coaching portal. When you sign up for my coaching services I will provide you with a login to access the portal.
